In order for us to properly address your issues in a timely fashion, and to prevent any unnecessary communication or errors, it is imperative that you supply us with as much detailed information as possible. To make the quoting process easier for you, we offer an online quote process below. By utilizing the online quote process, your request can be dealt with more efficiently.

We can quote and manufacture to your requirements under the following scenarios:

Drawings or sketches:
Send us your drawings or sketches. Drawings or sketches supplied to us should be dimensionally complete to the best of your knowledge. We accept drawings or sketches by fax, mail, and e-mail; e-mailed drawing files must be in the following formats:

  • .pdf
  • .jpg
  • .tif
  • .dwg
  • .dxf

Product Samples:
If you have a sample of the product you would like us to quote and manufacture to, please supply it to us. We can reproduce dimensions from your sample. We will return the sample to you per your request, or keep it as our master sample for future orders.

Fixtures or Assemblies:
Let us do your brain work! It is common for us to accept fixtures or assemblies if you are not sure of a design, or where to begin for that matter. We can develop a design from scratch that functions best with your application.

Online Quote:
When submitting an online quote, please fill out the information below to the best of your knowledge. You can also attach drawings, sketches, or pictures of your product; please be sure that they are dimensionally complete to the best of your knowledge. Please note that Items 1 through 9 apply to spring products only (i.e. compression, extension, torsion, and garter springs), and is necessary if a drawing does not exist.
