316 Stainless Steel Springs

Compression SpringsSmall and large stainless steel springs manufactured for a variety of applications.

M & S Spring Company is an experienced custom spring manufacturer that manufactures several types of springs using stainless steel wire because of its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. M & S Spring Company has the capabilities to work with various stainless steel grades including 302, 304, 316, and 17-7 PH. 316 stainless steel has a higher heat resistance and better corrosion resistance than 302/304 alloy wire, but it has a lower tensile strenghth. Our 316 stainless steel springs are cold drawn and meet ASTM A 313 standards. These 316 stainless steel springs are best used in corrosive environments that require minimum impact or load strength.
